Job description
Job Responsibility
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and transfer or promotion letters.
  • Ensure timely renewal and accuracy of employment contracts and other documentation.
  • Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics including pre-employment documentation and locker key and access card arrangements.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination
  • Monitor attendance and leave applications.
  • Prepare and verify monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • HR focal point for project leaders and Management personnel at Menara Tan & Tan.
  • Provide front-line employee support and to support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and welfare events.
  • Provide administrative support for performance reviews and disciplinary documentation.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • HR Reporting
  • Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilization.
  • Support data collection and analysis for HR projects and audits.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and Malaysian labor laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience using HRIS (HR2000) or payroll systems is an added advantage.
Job Benefits
Remunerations package:
  • Basic: RM2800 - RM3000
  • Performance allowance: RM500
  • Attendance allowance: RM100
  • Medical & hospitalization covered
  • EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered
Working Hours
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • Off day: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
