Job Responsibility
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and transfer or promotion letters.
- Ensure timely renewal and accuracy of employment contracts and other documentation.
- Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment logistics including pre-employment documentation and locker key and access card arrangements.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance and leave applications.
- Prepare and verify monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- HR focal point for project leaders and Management personnel at Menara Tan & Tan.
- Provide front-line employee support and to support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and welfare events.
- Provide administrative support for performance reviews and disciplinary documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- HR Reporting
- Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilization.
- Support data collection and analysis for HR projects and audits.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Good understanding of HR processes and Malaysian labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience using HRIS (HR2000) or payroll systems is an added advantage.
Job Benefits
Remunerations package:
- Basic: RM2800 - RM3000
- Performance allowance: RM500
- Attendance allowance: RM100

Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- Off day: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
