Job Responsibility
- Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts.
- Administer employee benefits (medical, insurance, welfare programs).
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
- Support performance appraisals and staff development.
- Implement HR policies and address employee concerns.
- Maintain secure filing for accounting and HR records.
Payroll & Compliance
- Process payroll, including deductions, allowances, and bonuses.
- Ensure salary payments comply with EPF, SOCSO, and tax regulations.
- Adhere to all local labor and financial compliance requirements.
Administrative Support
- Provide support to Finance and HR teams.
- Assist in organizing company events and training programs.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration.
- Assist with accounting and HR-related tasks as needed.
- Support system/process improvements for efficiency.

We are looking for a potential HR Executive to be part of our unique teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (travel/B2B industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR management, and payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations.
