Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you'll join a dynamic HR team making real impact in a fast‑paced environment. Partner directly with Senior Leadership as their trusted advisor, coach, and strategic sounding board while driving organizational excellence across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership– Collaborate with senior leaders to align business objectives with impactful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Talent Management– Lead succession planning and career development frameworks to build organizational capability and drive growth.
  • Performance Management– Coach managers through performance processes, difficult conversations, and improvement plans to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Ways of Working– Drive cross‑functional initiatives ensuring consistent P&C delivery while adapting to local market needs and fostering operational excellence.
  • Employee Relations– Navigate complex workplace matters, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts while ensuring full compliance with employment legislation.
  • Change Management & Transformation– Design and execute organizational transformation initiatives supporting strategic pivots, business model changes, and market expansion.
  • Organizational Design– Lead structure optimization including role clarity, reporting relationships, and decision‑making frameworks.
  • HR Policy and Compliance– Ensure adherence to policies and employment law while providing expert guidance to leaders and employees.
  • Team Culture & Engagement– Champion People & Culture team initiatives that enhance engagement, share best practices, and drive knowledge exchange.
  • Data Analysis– Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and opportunities, delivering data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Cyclical HR Activities– Lead annual processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Professional HR certification highly desirable.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a business partnering or senior generalist role. Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and managing complex HR initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to see the big picture while managing operational details. Proven track record of operating effectively in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
  • Extensive experience serving as a trusted HR advisor to C‑suite executives and other senior leadership teams. Strong change management and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organisational levels. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with HR analytics tools. Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
