We are looking for a detail‑oriented, responsible, and proactive HR Assistant/Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, and general HR operations. Chinese/ Mandarin speaking will be preferable.

Responsibilities

Ensure payroll calculation and processing are completed accurately and in full within the designated monthly payroll period (between the 2nd and 5th of each month).

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.

Assist in the preparation of HR‑related documents, such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and termination letters.

Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.

Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including tracking performance goals and gathering feedback.

Support internal communication, HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and HR audits.

Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Perform other HR‑related duties as assigned by the HR Manager/Supervisor.
