Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin to join our team. In this role, you will support in full spectrum of our HR functions, including payroll processing, employee records maintenance, and supporting staff performance reviews. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements to support the company's ongoing growth and evolving demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in payroll processing and submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including personal data, banking info, leave, and attendance.
  • Arrange for staff onboarding and exit procedures.
  • Assist in periodic staff performance reviews.
  • Process and handles employee benefits, insurance renewals, and claims.
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • General understanding of local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience in Human Resource management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
