Job summary

A logistics company in Sabah is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hub processes during start-up, track on-time deliveries, manage staff, and coordinate operations. Candidates should have at least SPM or equivalent, strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, and 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain. Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements.
• Good command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably 3-5 years experience specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phase.
• Track, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from picked up to end customer.
• Manage and hire Staff / Subcon / Part time driver / rider.
