Qualifications

  • Familiar with HIRARC, PTW systems, incident reporting, and local regulatory frameworks.

  • Assist in managing and verifying PTW for high-risk activities.
  • Supervise high-risk activities (lifting, excavation, electrical, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily EHS walkthroughs and report unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Ensure immediate correction of non-compliances and proper PPE use.
  • Assist in managing and verifying PTW for high-risk activities.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and pre-task briefings; maintain attendance records.
  • Supervise high-risk activities (lifting, excavation, electrical, etc.).
  • Act as safety spotter during hazardous operations.
  • Respond to incidents, preserve scenes, and assist in investigations.
  • Monitor waste disposal and environmental controls (dust, noise, runoff).
  • Check bunding and spill control for fuel/chemical storage.
  • Spot-check contractor EHS documents and provide inductions.
  • Maintain EHS logs, permit registers, and observation records.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and track corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or equivalent
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in construction or industrial site safety supervision
  • Valid Yellow Book Holder
  • CIDB Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification
  • Familiar with HIRARC, PTW systems, incident reporting, and local regulatory frameworks.
