Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a motivated HSE intern to support our health, safety and environment initiatives in Penang. You will assist in inspections, audits, trainings, and maintaining HSE records to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

This role welcomes a bachelor’s student in HSE or OS&H who can communicate in English and Malay, work in a team or independently, and bring strong organizational and analytical skills. Letter of recommendation from university may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or Occupational Safety & Health.
• Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Malay.
• Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.
• Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage in HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation & other requirements.
• Assist in organizing HSE activities.
• Assist in conducting HSE induction training and contractor orientation program.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating Company HSE document and records as required by applicable HSE legislation & other requirements, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 4500:2018.
• Assist in risk assessment across the Company to ensure actions taken to mitigate risks.
