The Fresher Supervisor HR Business Partner (HRBP) works with the HRBP Director and business leaders to design and deliver strategic HR solutions within a specified district, country, or function. The role supports talent retention, succession planning, change initiatives, and the delivery of HR programs that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen the strategic relationship between HR and business leadership.
  • Research and design business‑relevant HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with COEs and HR Services to implement and evaluate HR programs.
  • Manage succession planning and talent retention for key leaders.
  • Support and execute specific projects and initiatives as directed by the HRBP Director.
  • Act as a change champion and advocate for the business unit.
  • Monitor program results and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and influence stakeholders.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel as needed.
