Job description

The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR advice and support to assigned departments and assist the Head of HR in all facets of Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
• Manage complex and difficult HR projects cross‑functionally.
• Identify gaps, propose and implement necessary changes to mitigate risks.
• Build strong business relationships with internal clients and facilitate the management team to deliver optimal solutions for employees.
• Drive performance improvement and champion positive changes in people management.
• Design and maintain organisational vitality charts as unit performance improves.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Preferable 2+ years of experience in a related HR role.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and change management.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and ability to apply it in workplace situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the primary language of the market.
