Title: Audit & Assurance HRBP Associate

Work you’ll do

  • Assisting the business unit on HR related matters such as entire employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding activities, talent management, employee retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, retirement, etc.
  • Support leaders by providing basic HR guidance that aligns with business goals and HR policies.
  • Track headcount and staff expenses to help ensure the team stays within budget.
  • Build good working relationships with colleagues and assist with HR questions within the business unit.
  • Support HR compliance by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Support performance management activities by providing tools and assistance to managers for giving feedback and developing employees.
  • Help promote a positive workplace culture focused on inclusion, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Provide general HR support and assist with special projects or tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar setting/industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippines' employment laws and regulations.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable to engage with management level and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities within time constraints.
  • High level of maturity, adaptability, and accountability.
