  • To organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, records and maintain a systematic filing system for smooth data retrieving.
  • Make arrangement and reservation for flights / hotels for staff travel on company business matters.
  • Support on Employees Engagement/ Welfare activities.
  • Assist on in-house training preparation.
  • Handle on employees insurance outpatient claim.
  • Labelling, Filing & 5S to the department.
  • Assist on employees recruitment , training activities.
  • Perform administrative duties.
