Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting HR operations and services, including employee HR administration, Employees Data Maintenance, C&B, Expatriate management and other HR related task as required.
  • Participate in HR initiatives such as engagement programs, HR automation, and process improvement.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing employee experience and operational productivity.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems/government portal
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
  • Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
