Qualifications

• More than 5 years’ experience in HR.
• Exposure to key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR.
• Team leadership experience in small/medium size teams.
• Experience with HR Shared Services tools.
• Worked in Global or Regional HR Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR Administration/Shared Services processes.
• Manage HR inquiries efficiently.
• Conduct audits to maintain service quality.
• Identify improvements in processes and workflows.
• Supervise and coach a team of HR representatives.
