The Senior Executive – Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining HR-related systems and applications, including internal HR portals, dashboards, workflows, and system integrations. This role works closely with HR stakeholders to translate HR processes into scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Application Development (Full-Stack): Develop and maintain internal HR systems, portals, dashboards, and workflows. Enhance system usability, performance, and reliability. Support system enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Workflow Automation & Reporting: Translate HR processes into automated digital workflows. Develop dashboards and reports to support HR operations and decision-making. Automate approvals, notifications, and system processes.
- System Integration & Data Management: Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and security. Integrate HR systems with payroll, ATS, attendance, and finance systems. Support data reporting and analytics needs.
- System Integration & API Management: Support integration between HR systems and third-party platforms (payroll, ATS, attendance, finance). Maintain system interfaces and data exchange to ensure accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Support, Security & Compliance: Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR users. Ensure systems comply with PDPA and internal IT policies. Maintain system documentation and best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Work closely with HR users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Provide technical support, system enhancements, and bug fixes. Support system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Databases: SQL and/or NoSQL
- Experience developing enterprise or internal business systems.
- Familiarity with API development, system integration, and cloud environments.
- Good understanding of software security and data protection.
