Job summary

A company in the automotive industry in Malaysia is seeking an HR & Personal Assistant to the Director. Responsibilities include handling HR functions, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly organized and trustworthy individual to join our team as a HR & Personal Assistant to the Director.

You will be responsible for handling human resources tasks and assisting the Director in daily business and personal matters.

Responsibilities
  • Handle HR functions including recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Assist the Director in scheduling, travel arrangements, and daily task management.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of the Director.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience (experience as PA or HR role preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
