Jora Malaysia is seeking a payroll professional to handle the full payroll cycle for multiple companies in Malaysia. You will ensure accurate, timely processing and manage statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB, while overseeing foreign workers’ payroll for compliance with laws and company policies.
The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and at least 3 years of payroll experience.

Handle full set of payroll processing for multiple companies.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Prepare and submit all statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (LHDN) and other related statutory requirements.
Monitor and oversee foreign workers' payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
Prepare payroll reports and other HR-related documentation as required.
Liaise with government authorities on payroll and statutory matters when necessary.
Perform any other ad-hoc jobs that assigned by Department Head.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of payroll experiences.
Experience in handling full set of payroll for multiple companies will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (LHDN).
Experience in monitoring or coordinating foreign workers' payroll will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
