A global industrial technology leader seeks an HR Solution Partner III in Penang, Malaysia. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for both local and foreign workers, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and collaborating with hiring managers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

As HR Solution Partner III, is responsible to manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for both local and foreign direct workers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and manpower vendors to meet manpower needs. Ensure the recruitment activities comply with legal regulation, internal policies and efficient onboarding experience for all new hires. This position requires strong understanding of workforce planning, labor laws, RBA and interaction with workers.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience working in recruitment or HR Generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, foreign worker regulations, immigration laws, and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal in local languages with different level of employees, government agencies and suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong in communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Possess organizational and multitasking abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
