Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities in Kedah. You will ensure accurate records and confidential handling of HR documentation while supporting payroll, attendance, and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
• Build and maintain a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
• Support payroll preparation, leave administration, attendance, and other HR operations.
• Coordinate employee training, development, and performance management activities.
• Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Handle employee enquiries professionally and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Recommend and implement HR initiatives that improve productivity, engagement, and workplace culture.
• Manage foreign worker administration, including work permit applications and renewals, immigration matters, foreign worker documentation, medical examinations, and related government agency requirements.
