Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
• Deep knowledge of labor law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HR Operations team.
• Serve as the HR Business Partner for business unit managers.
• Manage end-to-end employee processes including recruitment and onboarding.
• Execute strategic recruitment and manage the full cycle.
• Streamline HR workflows and implement automation.
• Ensure maintenance of all HR data and records.
• Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports.
