Human Resources & Operations Executive

As a Human Resources & Operations Executive at LAMEX, Malaysia’s largest domestic wallpaper brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our operations and people.

You will handle payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure a thriving and productive workplace environment.

You will also support the company’s operations by working closely with senior management to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and enforce HR policies, employee benefits, and company procedures.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and payroll-related records.
• Maintain employee records and follow up on probation reviews, appraisals, and staff issues.
• Ensure timely processing of payroll, claims, and employee benefits.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of company operations.
• Assist in operation management and ensure employee engagement by working closely with managers.
• Supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and support company management.
• Work closely with senior management in coordinating company objectives.

What we are looking for

• Minimum Educational Record: SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Prior 1 year working/internship experience in HR or business management or leadership roles (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently & responsibly.
• Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Language fluency in English.
