Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company, operating a shared services center that provides end-to-end business solutions, focusing on finance, HR, supply chain, and digitalization support.

Highlights

Contract Position (Renewable and Convertible)

Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Main Responsibilities

Ensure data quality and data integrity for Payroll and HR data processes.

Receive, analyze, process and follow-up on personnel administration requests via multiple request channels, ensuring accurate and timely interface to the respective internal/right external processing chains (i.e. payroll, finance, data analytics, external service providers, local authorities, etc.).

Manage the entire termination workflow for all termination types which includes leaves calculations, information checks, letters preparation, system updates, payment calculations and exit clearance.

Responsible for time and attendance administration, including manual calculations on time allowances/deductions, maintenance of work schedules, leaves, overtimes, and shift substitutions.

Support the delivery of payroll inputs and administration such as employee subsidies, fleet management, long service awards, etc.

Support the salary review exercises on employee data preparation, letter generation and new salary processing.

Responsible for local labor administrative activities and scheduled statutory HR reporting, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries as per legal requirements.

Respond to recurring or ad-hoc business needs to design and deliver country-specific or customized reports that could not be auto-generated by analytics/reporting systems.

Work closely with other teams and external service providers to ensure all service requests are completed accurately and timely.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce or Business Administration and Finance

1-2 years of related HR working experience in Payroll and HR Operations
