Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Officer (Payroll) located in Ayer Itam. The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Key tasks include handling employee payroll inquiries, managing payroll systems, and collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure timely salary processing. Additionally, the HR Officer will provide support for general HR functions as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources practices
  • MUST be able to speak English & Chinese (Liaise with Mandarin Speaking Expatriates)
  • At least 1 year experience working in Payroll
  • Have analytical skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
