A leading HR consultancy firm in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee employee lifecycle management and develop effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures to attract, develop and retain top talent.
Oversee payroll administration and arrangement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Provide HR business partnering support to senior leaders and managers.
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to drive organisational change and continuous improvement.
