A leading HR consultancy is seeking a highly experienced HR leader based in Puchong. The role involves developing and executing an HR strategic framework aligned with business objectives, leading HR transformation initiatives, and managing compliance with statutory and labor regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role, with strong skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management. Develop and execute the HR strategic framework aligned with business objectives across four pillars: Customer Focus, Operational Excellence, and People Excellence.
Drive human capital growth strategies using a full PDCA (Plan–Develop–Control–Action) cycle to ensure accountability and results.
Develop and implement a long-term Human Capital Roadmap to support business sustainability and expansion.
Position the organisation as an Employer of Choice through effective talent, engagement, and culture initiatives.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support business performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
Lead HR transformation initiatives to improve HR processes, SOPs, operational efficiency, and organisational culture.
Prepare annual HR budgets, KPIs, and obtain management approval.
Build, lead, and motivate a high‑performing HR team with healthy and managed attrition levels.
Ensure full compliance with statutory and labour regulations (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices within FMCG/retail through professional networks and learning platforms.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation &guardian benefits, training & development, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and payroll administration.
Ensure effective communication channels and timely resolution of employee grievances.
Manage disciplinary matters, employee counselling, domestic inquiries, and industrial relations cases when required.
Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance.
Conduct annual reviews of compensation and benefits structures.
Drive end-to-end execution of the annual performance management cycle (KPI setting, mid‑year and year‑end reviews, development planning, promotions, and rewards).
Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports and KPI dashboards, including mandatory ESG‑related HR reporting.
Provide clear direction and timely communication to ensure execution excellence.
Lead by example and foster a positive, performance‑driven HR culture.
Set KPIs, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and recommend development plans for HR team members.

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
Strong hands‑on experience in Recruitment & Retention, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations, and Malaysian statutory requirements.
Proficient in payroll systems, statutory submissions, claims, and income tax deductions.
High capability in talent management and leadership development.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Based in Puchong, with willingness to travel to HQ and branch offices (minimum 2 times per month).
