About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at VISION ERGONOMICS (M) SDN BHD. As a full-time role based in Port Klang, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in shaping and driving the human resources strategy for our growing organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and termination processes
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Coordinating employee benefits and compensation programs, including payroll administration
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive company culture through effective employee engagement initiatives
  • Providing strategic HR advice and support to the management team
  • Identifying and addressing HR-related risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in HR software and data analysis tools
  • Proactive, analytical and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
