As HR Manager in a fast-paced financial services environment, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER), and Employee Engagement. This role is key in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting workforce transformation, and aligning people strategies with the Company’s growth objectives. You are expected to provide strategic HR leadership, foster a performance-driven culture, and recommend best practices that strengthen our talent and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage salary reviews, benefits schemes, and performance-based rewards.
  • Benchmark market compensation to remain competitive within the financial services sector.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll, incentive payouts, and statutory compliance.
Talent Acquisition
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Work closely with department heads to forecast manpower needs and build talent pipelines.
Training & Development
  • Design and implement structured training roadmaps.
  • Promote continuous learning and development.
Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER)
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and other relevant regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, misconduct cases, and domestic inquiries (DIs) professionally.
  • Maintain harmonious employer-employee relations and advise management on IR matters.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Lead employee wellness and engagement initiatives in line with the company’s values.
  • Champion a culture of ethics, integrity, and high performance.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and propose improvement actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, as well as has high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
