What You’ll Do
- Be a Strategic Leader: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall business goals and vision for growth.
- Talent Magnet: Manage end-to-end recruitment to build a team of top-performing professionals, including both local and foreign hires.
- Shape Employee Success: Lead performance management efforts, setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and offering valuable feedback to ensure every employee reaches their full potential.
- Cultivate Growth: Identify and address training needs, and oversee the design and implementation of employee development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits Guru: Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits that motivate and reward our employees.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure that our HR practices align with the latest labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Promote a workplace culture that’s positive, inclusive, and engaging, where employees feel valued and motivated.
- Advisor to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters, supporting decision-making and contributing to business strategy.
- Innovator: Drive the implementation of new HR systems and technologies to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management (a Master’s Degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
- Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken.
