Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client in Penang Island, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and policies to support the growth and development of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
• Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, such as training, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and people-centric work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in the recruitment industry
• Strong knowledge of human resources best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
