The Position

HOYA Vision Care Malaysia is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and strengthen the Human Resources function, supporting approximately 150 employees across two entities: Commercial and RX Production Lab. This role requires a hands‑on HR professional with strong operational expertise and the ability to independently design and execute strategic HR programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development, driving a People Agenda that aligns with business priorities, enhances organizational performance, and fosters a culture of engagement, agility, and continuous growth. Mobility: willingness to travel occasionally.
