The Opportunity

Join the dynamic team at BIO-SCIENCE MARKETING SDN BHD' as an HR Manager. In this full-time position based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and driving the development of its talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and best practices that support the company's business objectives

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees

Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Administer employee benefits, compensation and payroll

Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related needs

Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees

Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or services industry

Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management strategies

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems

Proactive, results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
