Job summary

A leading organization in Kuching, Malaysia is looking for a qualified professional to develop and manage the KPI framework across departments. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business, HR, Statistics, or related fields, alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. This role involves collecting performance data, monitoring KPIs, and assisting departments in understanding their performance metrics. Competitive salary package is offered.
