We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to contribute to the continuous success of our rapidly growing business. The Human Resources Generalist (HRG)’s responsibilities will include HR business partnering and HR support for 4 key countries of Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Korea. As when required, may also be called upon to support the rest of Southeast Asia or APAC countries. This role will assist the Human Resources Director (based in Singapore) to provide human resource advisory and support across the full employee lifecycle in Southeast Asia and Korea.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Employee Lifecycle in ensuring the smooth onboarding and transition of employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle
  • Implement HR programs and policies, support employee in queries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications
  • Respond to employee needs like onboarding assistance, benefits policies and programs, payroll processing and other HR functions as assigned
  • Provide HR administrative support in the areas of compensation/benefits, employee relations, training and development, employee change-of-status and maintain employee files
  • Manage all tasks related to onboarding, new hire orientation, off boarding, conduct exit interviews, HR system data maintenance and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with business stakeholders on continuous talent engagement and retention efforts
  • Coordinate processing of monthly payroll cycle, ie. in partnership with Payroll, Finance
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics e.g. employee turnover rates
  • Undertake ad-hoc project assignments and initiatives as required
We Are Looking For
  • Degree Education, preferably in Human Resources
  • 5 years and above progressive Human Resources experience
  • Competency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel proficiency skill
  • Knowledge of HR systems (experience in Oracle HR system will be of advantage)
  • Knowledge in employment regulations and requirements, especially in countries of South-East Asia countries and Korea
  • Knowledge in Total Rewards coverage for employees, especially in countries of South-East Asia countries and Korea
  • Strong people skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and resolving issues promptly
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
