We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to contribute to the continuous success of our rapidly growing business.

The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) will partner with human resources leadership and support HR business functions for four key countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, and Korea. The role may also be called upon to support additional Southeast Asia or APAC countries as needed, assisting the Human Resources Director in Singapore to provide full employee‑lifecycle advisory and support across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Implement HR programs and policies, supporting employees on queries related to HR processes, procedures, and communications.
  • Respond to employee needs such as onboarding assistance, benefits policies, and payroll processing.
  • Provide HR administrative support in compensation/benefits, employee relations, training and development, change‑of‑status, and maintain employee files.
  • Manage onboarding, new‑hire orientation, off‑boarding, conduct exit interviews, maintain HR system data, and audit for accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders on continuous talent engagement and retention efforts.
  • Coordinate processing of the monthly payroll cycle in partnership with Payroll and Finance.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics such as employee turnover rates.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc project assignments and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 years or more of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Competency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of HR systems; experience with Oracle HR systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and requirements for Southeast Asian countries and Korea.
  • Knowledge of total rewards coverage for employees in the same regions.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating across diverse stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for problem‑solving and prompt issue resolution.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result‑driven approach.
