A leading HR solutions provider based in Kuala Lumpur seeks a skilled HR Operations & Administration professional. This role involves managing HR administrative functions, payroll processing using the HR2eazy system, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Candidates should possess a relevant qualification and a minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience. Strong analytical and communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience using HR2eazy payroll system is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full HR administrative functions including personnel records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately using HR2eazy.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Handle staffing requests, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs as per company requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR matters.
