Job summary

A leading company in Human Resources is looking for an experienced professional to manage the Employee Lifecycle including attraction, onboarding, development, and retention. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of recruitment experience and a relevant degree. Strong communication, organizational skills, and fluency in English are essential. This role also involves supporting the onboarding of newcomers and managing visa applications for expatriate employees.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Experience in other areas of Human Resource is a plus.
  • Experience in a digitalized industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Employee’s Lifecycle – Attract, Onboard, Develop, Retain.
  • Support the delivery of Human Resource programs and initiatives.
  • Establish good customer relationships and communication with stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding process for newcomers.
  • Process visa applications for expatriate employees.

Role
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Employee’s Lifecycle – Attract, Onboard, Develop, Retain.
  • Support the delivery of Human Resource programs, initiatives and process improvements.
  • Establish good customer relationship via close networking and open communication with stake holders.
  • Develop this role further to continuously bring value add to Human Resource.
Onboarding for newcomers
  • Support onboarding process for newcomers.
  • Process visa applications for expats employee.
  • Gather all newcomer's checklist documentation for new employee.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on the arrivals of newcomers.
Profile
  • Has at least 3 years experience in Recruitment. Having experience in other areas of Human Resource would be an added advantage.
  • Has at least a Degree in a relevant field.
  • Has experience in a digitalised industry would be advantageous.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Is reliable on delivery and exhibits high professionalism and integrity.
  • Is fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages are a plus point.
