Position: HR Executive

Salary Package: Up to RM4000

Working Location: Kepong, KL

Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6.30pm)

Job Scope
  • 1. Reporting to immediate senior PA/manager/management
  • 2. Oversee whole group of companies activities
  • 3. Collect, organize, and maintain confidential documents and files.
  • 4. Monitor and supervise the reports that are handled by staff
  • 5. Distribute reports & follow up the assigned task to respective staff
  • 6. Coordinate and assist with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and training; determines employee classifications and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
  • 7. Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings and events.
  • 8. Follow up closely on action items to support the managerial role.
  • 9. Standing in Superiors absence
  • 10. Maintain general company record system to uphold accurate files
  • 11. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence letters such as confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, agenda and minutes of meetings
  • 12. Reminding and follow up tasks and deadlines
  • 13. Monitor & investigate staff attendance and report to Management daily
Requirements
  • 1. Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • 2. HR background is an added advantage
  • 3. Willing to provide support whenever request including normal weekend & public holiday (only applied to special circumstances)
