Job summary

A medical company in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to conduct employee training, manage corporate culture activities, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment law. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management and at least three years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Responsible for yearly TNA Program preparation.
  • Manage training documents and records.
  • Handle HRDF Fund training course applications.
  • Oversee company insurance renewals and purchases.
  • Plan and implement corporate culture activities.
  • Manage employee KPI collections.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct orientation session for new employees, and on job training program follow up and filling.
  • Responsible yearly TNA Program (Internal & External) preparation, employees training arrangement and update training record.
  • Prepare trainee badge and job certified badge to employees and keep in record.
  • Responsible HRDF Fund training course application and reimbursement.
  • Human Resource ISO policy and HR policy document management and filling.
  • Responsible Company Insurance (Fire, PL & EL) and Employees Hospitalize / Accident Insurance yearly renewal, purchase and reimbursement.
  • Responsible Corporate culture yearly activity budget preparation.
  • Responsible for the planning, organization, publicity and implementation of various activities of the company.
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of corporate publicity in the company office area.
  • Responsible for the construction of the corporate culture system and the promotion of corporate culture, continuously promote and enhance the cultural atmosphere, and promote the implementation of culture, helping employees to establish the core values of corporate culture.
  • Quarterly and yearly employees KPI management and collection.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior.
Requirements:
  • Min Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience for this position.
