Role Overview:
The Learning & Performance key role in driving employee learning, development, and performance improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing effective learning programs, managing performance development frameworks, and supporting project management tasks aligned with organizational goals. The position ensures continuous learning culture, compliance readiness, and capability building to enhance talent growth and business performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees across all levels including project and administrative support.
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skills gaps and align training with business and departmental goals.
- Develop and manage leadership development programs to support succession planning and talent pipeline.
- Facilitate various learning methods, including e-learning, on-the-job training, coaching, seminars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure quality learning delivery.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, handouts, slides, attendance records, and evaluations.
- Track and monitor learning activities, completion rates, and participant feedback to measure program effectiveness.
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure all training records are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
- Support onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Oversee budgeting and funds utilization for training and development activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation through creative learning strategies and employee engagement.
Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Performance, Business Management, Organizational Development or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Train the Trainer (TTT), Talent Development, or Learning Program Management are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experienced in Learning & Performance or HR roles.
- Understanding of learning design, delivery and evaluation.
- Tech-savy with ability to learn and adapt to LMS system, e-learning platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for handling internal & external stakeholders.
- Additional language is an added advantage.
