Responsibilities
- Support overall HR functions and daily HR operations
- Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding, safety, equipment handling, soft skills, and supervisory training programs
- Manage training calendars, attendance tracking, evaluation, and all documentation including HRDC applications and claims
- Coordinate with internal trainers or external training providers to ensure effective program delivery
- Support employee engagement activities, team‑building events, and recognition programs across shifts and locations
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and issuing offer letters/contracts
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, campus hiring, referrals, and labor contractors
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Manage foreign worker–related matters including permit renewals and disciplinary issues
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and exit processes
- Participate in compliance audits such as customer audits and ISO audits
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and/or training. Experience in a logistics environment will be an added advantage
- Legal knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR practices to ensure compliance and fair treatment of employees
- Character: Strong integrity, positive attitude, good work ethics, and the ability to work well with people
