Overview

Join our expanding organization and grow your career with us! As a Human Resource Executive, you will play an important role in supporting key HR functions, contributing to a positive workplace culture, and exploring opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Support overall HR functions and daily HR operations
  • Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding, safety, equipment handling, soft skills, and supervisory training programs
  • Manage training calendars, attendance tracking, evaluation, and all documentation including HRDC applications and claims
  • Coordinate with internal trainers or external training providers to ensure effective program delivery
  • Support employee engagement activities, team‑building events, and recognition programs across shifts and locations
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and issuing offer letters/contracts
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, campus hiring, referrals, and labor contractors
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage foreign worker–related matters including permit renewals and disciplinary issues
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and exit processes
  • Participate in compliance audits such as customer audits and ISO audits
Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and/or training. Experience in a logistics environment will be an added advantage
  • Legal knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR practices to ensure compliance and fair treatment of employees
  • Character: Strong integrity, positive attitude, good work ethics, and the ability to work well with people
