In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, maintain employee records, and support training initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position offers a dynamic environment as the company expands its workforce in Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years in recruitment.
  • Experience handling high-volume hiring (200+ headcount environment is an advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain effective hiring channels (universities, job portals, job fairs, social media).
  • Conduct interviews for various positions to ensure quality hiring.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports to support decision-making.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support training and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendor for payroll matters.

Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support both recruitment and HR operations as the company expands its Malaysia workforce. This role reports to the HR Manager in Malaysia and works closely with regional teams in China. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment while also supporting daily HR functions, employee records, and training initiatives.
