A corporate HR services firm in Kulim is seeking a Compensation & Benefits specialist to handle salary benchmarking, administer benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or SAP is preferred.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
Support and maintain salary structures, pay scales, and job grading systems.
Administer annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus programs.
Evaluate internal pay equity and recommend necessary adjustments.
2. Benefits Administration
Manage employee benefits programs including health, insurance, and wellness initiatives.
Partner with vendors to negotiate and renew benefits contracts.
Handle benefits-related queries and communicate benefits information to employees.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations.
Generate reports for HR and Finance to support planning and budgeting.
Maintain accurate HRIS data related to C&B.
4. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop, review, and maintain compensation and benefits policies.
Support internal and external audits.
5. Strategic & Operational Support
Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on competitive offer packages.
Support employee lifecycle transactions such as new hire, rehire, conversions, and severations.
Respond to employee inquiries via ServiceNow or other channels, ensuring high-quality resolution.
