Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and adjusting the organizational structure according to company strategic needs.
  • Support corporate culture initiatives and help promote behavior alignment with the performance management system.
  • Assist in developing the annual recruitment plan, expanding recruitment channels, evaluating channel effectiveness, building a talent database, and managing hiring lead time.
  • Assist in establishing reward mechanisms and compensation & benefits systems to enhance talent attraction and retention.
  • Work with department heads to develop annual training plans and track, monitor, and analyze training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design talent development plans and ensure ongoing talent competitiveness.
  • Assist in building and improving company policies and procedures, ensuring proper implementation.
  • Support HR leaders in revising HR module processes and developing SOPs.
  • Help iterate competency models and refine performance evaluation systems based on business development needs.
  • Assist in annual manpower budgeting, reporting, and talent development planning for HQ and branch HR teams.
  • Assist in organizing company events, including management review meetings, birthday celebrations, and annual dinners.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the department leader.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a technology company of 300-400 employees.
  • Outgoing, confident, proactive, and highly collaborative.
  • Strong systematic thinking, planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and willingness to learn labor relations management.
  • Experience in automotive electronics or related automotive industries is an advantage.
  • Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
