Job Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and adjusting the organizational structure according to company strategic needs.
- Support corporate culture initiatives and help promote behavior alignment with the performance management system.
- Assist in developing the annual recruitment plan, expanding recruitment channels, evaluating channel effectiveness, building a talent database, and managing hiring lead time.
- Assist in establishing reward mechanisms and compensation & benefits systems to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Work with department heads to develop annual training plans and track, monitor, and analyze training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to design talent development plans and ensure ongoing talent competitiveness.
- Assist in building and improving company policies and procedures, ensuring proper implementation.
- Support HR leaders in revising HR module processes and developing SOPs.
- Help iterate competency models and refine performance evaluation systems based on business development needs.
- Assist in annual manpower budgeting, reporting, and talent development planning for HQ and branch HR teams.
- Assist in organizing company events, including management review meetings, birthday celebrations, and annual dinners.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the department leader.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a technology company of 300-400 employees.
- Outgoing, confident, proactive, and highly collaborative.
- Strong systematic thinking, planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and willingness to learn labor relations management.
- Experience in automotive electronics or related automotive industries is an advantage.

Salary: Up to RM 5,300
