Job description

Responsible to handle foreign worker's work permit renewal, accommodation and daily transport arrangements.

Facilitate and coordinate with local authorities such as Immigration, Labour department (JTK) and local council to apply for certificate of accommodation for workers.

To ensure daily operations in HR department is carried out in smooth and effective manner.

To handle the full HR functions which include recruitment, employee compensation and benefit, employee relations and engagement, training and development, performance management and other related functions.

To monitor employee time management system and handle payroll process using HR2000 software.

To liaise with relevant government agencies and departments pertaining to the HR and statutory compliance.

To provide advisory role to management on the latest government and labor policies.

To report to the superior on any matters related to HR Operations.

To ensure safety & health policies are adhered to by all employees.

To ensure the work permits and employment passes for foreign workers and expatriates are renewed on time.

To communicate closely and report any abnormality promptly to your superior or Plant’s Senior Vice President / Vice President.

To communicate with the expatriates and attend to their welfare and employment needs.

To ensure HR related reports are submitted on the timely basis.

To perform any tasks or assignments given by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Required skills: MS Office.

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Raja Industrial Estate.
