RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to handle monthly payroll including but not limited to:
- Handle overall monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including the preparation of payroll summary reports for all companies, and ensure full compliance of government statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF, & PTPTN and liaise with relevant Government Statutory authorities for such payments.
- Handle all related matters for BOSS Solutions Global Sdn. Bhd - Boss.Net Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) to ensure the system is updated in accordance with government statutory requirements, including inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave, recording of sicknesses and other leave, etc. and prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) as guidelines for payroll processing purposes.
- Coordinate and liaise with appointed HR Personnel for data migration and implementation of Boss Net to Boss i-Net.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of all related matters for the HR platform with appointed vendor to ensure the system is updated in accordance.
- Coordinate with respective Department Managers on the arrangement of onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure all administrative documents and processes are arranged within deadline.
- Coordinate with respective department managers on the preparation of email notifications and documents for all levels to ensure all the administrative documentation (recruitment and payroll) is completed.
- Administer employee’s insurance (GHS, GPA and Travel) and outpatient medical records and liaise with third-party insurance and outpatient medical service providers on related administrative tasks.
- Follow up with employees and respective government authorities in processing employee’s SOCSO claim as and when the need arises.
- Assist to generate and compile related information required for tender submission, manufacturing license renewal, etc.
- Assist to compile, update and maintain all HR related reports including but not limited to monthly sustainability report, monthly training list report, employee data, ABACCOE training declaration data, BMG sustainability report, Bursa Headcount Report, etc.
- Assist HR Lead in administering and coordinating all documentation and arrangements for company’s training.
- Assist to purchase meal/lunch for trainings, EXCO meetings, Board Meetings or any adhoc meetings, as and when need arising.
- Assist Administration team in organizing Friday Get-Together sessions, team-building, all Sport Recreational Club (SRC) activities, etc. as and when assigned by the Manager, Human Resource & Administration.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, etc. or equivalent.
- Possess at least a minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act, Labour Law and practices, Industrial Relations Act, other Government statutory requirements, etc.
- Good communication skill and able to write and converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Computer literate and possess good administration with meticulous, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
- Team player and resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills.
