Job description
Responsibilities
  • Payroll processing to statutory payment.
  • Be responsible for Benefits and Compensation of Employees from preparation of Employment Contract to Employee onboarding, confirmation and promotion, annual appraisal, acceptance of resignation, etc.
  • Responsible for foreign worker management including renewal, hostel management and other related matters.
  • Responsible for arranging training, training needs survey and HRDF claim.
  • Undertake any other HR and admin tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by management or superiors.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources.
  • Fresh graduates for Human Resources related study who is keen to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g. Info-Tech Systems) and strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain organized records.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Manage high-pressure situations, particularly during peak payroll periods and when resolving complex payroll discrepancies.
