Overview
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth induction.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
 - Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
 - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth induction.
 
 - Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and events.
 - Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely, professional manner.
 - Maintain a positive and collaborative work culture.
 
 - HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records in HRMS and physical files.
 - Process payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and other HR data.
 - Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, headcount, etc.) and assist in audits.
 
 - Performance & Policy Management
- Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
 
 - Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions or workshops.
 - Maintain records of learning and development initiatives.
 
 
Qualifications
- Experience as a Human Resources Executive or similar role with recruitment and onboarding responsibilities.
 - Ability to organize training, handle employee queries, and maintain HR records.
 - Familiarity with HRMS, payroll inputs, leaves and attendance, and basic HR reporting.
 - Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
 - Skills in identifying training needs and coordinating development initiatives.
