Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
    • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth induction.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and events.
    • Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely, professional manner.
    • Maintain a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Maintain employee records in HRMS and physical files.
    • Process payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and other HR data.
    • Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, headcount, etc.) and assist in audits.
  • Performance & Policy Management
    • Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Learning & Development
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions or workshops.
    • Maintain records of learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications
