Job summary

A leading pet company located in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment processes, assist in payroll, and support employee engagement. The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree, has 2–3 years of HR experience, and is proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. This role offers a competitive salary of up to RM4,500 per month.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, IR Act, and Labour Laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
  • Support performance management and training activities.
  • Address HR-related queries and provide day-to-day support to employees.
  • Contribute to HR policies and continuous improvement projects.
