Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training activities.
- Address HR-related queries and provide day-to-day support to employees.
- Contribute to HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, IR Act, and Labour Laws.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; proficient in both languages.
- Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Salary: up to RM4,500 per month.
