We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team at Precisetech Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources operations and initiatives. As a key member of our HR department, you will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by providing comprehensive HR services and implementing best practices.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
  • Administering and maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR‑related policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programmes
  • Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR‑related issues and concerns
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals
  • Maintaining and updating HR‑related documentation, including employee handbooks and policy manuals
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manage HR‑related databases and systems
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
