Job summary

A leading fire safety company in Petaling Jaya is seeking an HR Executive to oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in English and BM, along with good communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. This position offers a salary range of RM3k - 4k.

Job Overview

Duties and Responsibility

• Responsible for all HR-related matters – recruitment and interviews, HR handbook and policies, payroll and compensation, orientation and induction, training and development, leave matters etc.
• To carry out training master plan as per schedule. To source, conduct and monitor the training and development plan for the Company.
• Responsible for all day-to-day HR and administration work.
• To monitor yearly license, certificates and insurance renewal, foreign workers’ work permit renewal etc.
• Responsible for uniform, company vehicle, first aid kit and other tasks.
• Assist management-related matters as and when needed.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess own transport and is willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Proficient in both written & oral English and BM.
• Mature, tactful, good time management with a pleasant personality and possess a good sense of integrity.
• Possess good communications skill and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with legal & statutory requirements of HR functions.

About The Job

• Salary Range: RM3k - 4k
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm; Sat 8am - 1pm
• Location: 1A, 10th Mile, Federal Highway, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
